These terms govern access to Enfusionize websites, services, reports, consulting, and digital resources. A signed order, statement of work, or service agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Acceptable use
Use the services lawfully and do not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful code, misuse confidential material, or infringe another party’s rights.
Services, content, and ownership
Project scope, fees, timelines, acceptance, and ownership are defined by the applicable written agreement. Enfusionize retains its pre-existing methods, systems, tools, and reusable know-how. Client materials remain owned by their respective owners.
Reliability and responsibility
Digital services may change or be interrupted. Outputs and recommendations require human review before material decisions. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited by the applicable written agreement. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
