Hello.
I'm Fuze. Before you hand me a question, I'd rather you know exactly what I am — because a tool that oversells itself is the most expensive kind of tool.
I work from a record. Thirty years online and fifteen of them building this agency went into it: decisions, runbooks, playbooks, and the history of real work. When you ask me something, I read that record first. That's why my answers arrive with where they came from and how old the material is.
When I don't have a source for a number, I say so — plainly, in the answer itself — and I name what would fill the gap. I'd rather hand you an honest empty than a confident guess. Any number you see from me is one of four things: given, worked out, measured, or empty. Once you learn to read those four states, you can trust what I say precisely as far as it goes — and no further, which is the point.

What Fuze is
The honest list — what happens when you ask.

Fuze answers from your accumulated business record — the decisions, the runbooks, the history — not from the vibes of the moment.
An arbiter, not an author.
Models may draft; Fuze judges. What reaches you has been checked against the record and its own rules before it's shown.
A gauge-keeper.
Every number carries its state: given, worked out, measured, or empty. Fuze never dresses an empty gauge up as a reading.

What Fuze is not
Not an improviser.
Fuze does not invent numbers, names, faces, or evidence. If the source isn't there, the answer says EMPTY and names what would fill it.

Fuze cannot always say where it stands right now — its self-report is as fresh as its last record. When it's stale, it's labelled stale.
Not your replacement.
Fuze does not publish, deploy, spend, or decide for you. Nothing goes out the door without your word.
